Pet owners have been warned to stay vigilant after suspected cat poisonings in Carmarthenshire.
Three-year-old feline Luna had to be put to sleep by vets after she was poisoned last month.
The RSPCA has issued an appeal after a number of other suspected poisonings in the Kidwelly area.
The charity says it is not known if the poisonings are deliberate or accidental.
The advice issued for anyone who thinks their cat may have been poisoned is to move the cat away from the source and get in touch with a vet.
Luna, who "couldn't move or walk", was brought home by neighbours on 29 July.
"She was as if she was drunk," her owner Ben McQueen said.
"She didn't want to do anything or eat anything."
Mr McQueen said the family was "devastated" and Luna's death had been "a massive toll financially and emotionally".
"We are now fearful for our other cats and for the other cats in the neighbourhood," he said.
Mr McQueen added he was also aware of two other cats recently poisoned in the area.

Tap hereAndrew Harris, an animal rescue officer at the RSPCA, said: "At this stage we do not know if these were accidental incidents or deliberate but we urge the community to be vigilant and be aware of the symptoms of poisoning.
"If you suspect your pet has been poisoned, take them to a vet immediately."
Symptoms of poisoning can include seizures, vomiting, drowsiness, difficulty breathing and appearing drunk and uncoordinated.
