The headteacher of a school in Cardiff has congratulated four former pupils who won Olympic medals in Paris.
The four ex-pupils of Llanishen High School included track cyclist Elinor Barker who became the first Welsh woman to win four Olympic medals.
Barker won silver in the women's Madison and bronze in the women's team pursuit.
In the latter, she was awarded the medal alongside fellow former pupils Anna Morris and Megan Barker, who was reserve.
Jeremiah Azu ran the first leg of the 4x100 metre relay, helping the team secure bronze.

"They are an inspiration to our whole school community and we cannot wait to welcome Elinor, Anna, Megan and Jeremiah back to the school to further inspire the next generation," she said.
"Congratulations to them all and much love to their families and support networks for the immeasurable amount of graft that sits behind these achievements."
After their respective Olympic successes, Elinor Barker shared a picture with Azu on her Instagram story, with the caption "Not a bad games for [Llanishen High School]".

Cardiff Council's deputy leader and cabinet member for education, Sarah Merry, said she had been "truly amazed" by their accomplishments and shared "the pride of the school".
"They are an inspiration to young people across the city and are proof that through hard work and commitment, anything can be achieved," she added.
The publicly funded high school in the north of the Welsh capital has approximately 1,700 pupils.
